In Neuf-Brisach, exhibitors and performers welcome you to a reconstructed village from the year 1700!

Dressed in period costumes, they invite you to travel back in time to the era of Vauban. The Village 1700 welcomes you on the second weekend of December!

The Christmas market and its events

Discover the way of life of the late 17th century by visiting this market unlike any other... straw-strewn ground, the smell of wood fires and boar on the spit - a change of scenery awaits!

From hut to hut, each one built in the old fashioned way, you will discover ancestral trades and forgotten know-how.

For those with a sweet tooth, you can also watch apples being pressed to make hot apple juice, or smell the bredeles being made on the spot. Numerous demonstrations by enthusiasts whose aim is to share their knowledge with you.
